Insulation basalt wool are widely used in various industries such as construction, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, petroleum, agriculture, machinery, light industry, textile, military industry, transportation, storage, etc. The application of insulation basalt wool in the ship building industry will be introduced below.

     3. Shipbuilding
     With the development of the shipbuilding industry, China's marine cabin materials have experienced a development process from simple to complex, from low-level to high-level, and from non-standard to standardized. As a new type of non-combustible cabin material, composite rock wool board cabin material has been widely adopted by the shipbuilding industry at home and abroad. At present, the quality of composite rock wool boards manufactured in China has gradually approached similar foreign products. As early as the late 1990s, major domestic shipyards basically completed the process of replacing calcium silicate boards with composite rock wool boards, and replacing imported composite rock wool boards with domestic composite rock wool boards.
