This issue we will introduce key points in rockwool insulation construction.

     1. Construction preparation
     (9) Organize the construction team to carry out technical training, and carry out safety education.
     (10) A special person should be designated for the preparation of materials. The mixing ratio, mixing equipment and operation should meet the requirements. The preparation should be made in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. It is strictly forbidden to use outdated slurry and mortar.
     (11) Prepare a mixing station and a warehouse. The construction of the mixing station needs to choose the leeward direction, close to the vertical transportation machinery, and the mixing shed needs to be closed on three sides, and one side is open and used as the inlet and outlet channels. Bulk tanks can be used where conditions permit. Requirements for the construction of the warehouse: waterproof, moisture-proof, avoid direct sunlight. Materials are stacked on pallets or shelves. 
     (12) During construction, the temperature should be higher than 5°C, and the wind force should not be greater than level 4. Construction is not allowed in rainy days, and protective measures should be taken.
